  • Payments must be made via the agreed method and within the specified time frame.
  • Late payments may result in additional charges and/or suspension of services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any booked service.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the quoted amount.

5. Warranties and Liability

We warrant our workmanship for a period agreed upon in writing for each project.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or work altered by a third party.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work area, as well as any relevant information needed for the completion of the job.

Failure to ensure a safe working environment may result in delays or cancellation of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Anathi Maintenance Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable privacy laws.
